By creating a MainMe account or using our service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you do not agree, please do not use MainMe.
MainMe generates personalized children's content — songs, interactive storybooks, and activity packs — tailored to the information you provide about your child. Content is created using AI and delivered digitally to your MainMe library.
Because content is AI-generated and personalized to each child's unique profile, each delivery reflects our best craft and quality standards while naturally varying in style and detail. We do not guarantee identical output across deliveries.
MainMe offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase. We will notify you at least 7 days before any price change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We offer a satisfaction refund within 7 days of a charge if no content has been generated for that billing period. Contact hello@mainme.app to request one.
All content generated by MainMe — songs, storybooks, activity packs — is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial family use. You may download and save content for personal use, share it privately with family members, and print activity packs for home use.
You may not sell, redistribute, or use MainMe-generated content commercially without our written permission. MainMe retains ownership of the underlying creative systems, prompts, and generation infrastructure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@mainme.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to generated content will end. We retain the right to delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
